Tess comes to us with over 25 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources and Management. She was the Managing Director of a boutique staffing firm in San Francisco prior to working in leadership roles in International real estate and retail. Throughout her career she volunteered with non-profit organizations to assist job seekers with resume and interview skills. Tess speaks 3 languages fluently and enjoys traveling to different parts of the world, immersing herself in other cultures. When she wants to relax, she picks up a brush and creates paintings in oil. Her most favorite thing to do though, is spending time with her huge family!
