John McGovern

John recently joined Delagnes, Mitchel & Linder bringing with him both public accounting experience and a history of management with two NASDAQ firms. He graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Liberal Arts, the University of San Francisco with a Masters of Business Administration, and Golden Gate University with a Masters in Taxation. He has been a California Certified Public Accountant since 2007. John is the fourth generation of his family to work in San Francisco’s financial district; his great grandmother, Katherine (McLaughlin) McGovern, was employed as a stenographer in the 1870s. John currently lives in San Mateo with his wife, Andrea.
